Travel Discount Division Terms and Conditions

When booking, it is important to select the tour operator’s cancellation insurance, as it will not be possible to add it after booking. You can also change the room category, and the instant discount will be applied to the new category.

When you are ready to book, follow the steps to receive your travel discount.

The reservation must be made with the credit card of one of the passengers on the reservation. If the credit card used does not belong to one of the passengers, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation if you provide us with a new credit card for payment, without the possibility of a refund. If you do not have a credit card, please let us know. We accept bank transfers and trust deposits.

Any changes made after booking will incur additional fees: administration fees + supplier fees.

You are responsible for making the final payment by the date indicated on the reservation. If the final payment is not made by the date indicated, the trip will be canceled and the tour operator will not offer a refund. Once your travel package is booked, if there are any problems or changes to your reservation, it is important to contact us during business hours to notify us and discuss available options, if applicable.

It is important to enter your full name exactly as it appears on your valid passport. Your passport must be valid for at least six months after your return date.

If you have a criminal record, you are responsible for verifying your travel eligibility with the consulate or embassy of your destination country before booking your all-inclusive package.
